The Director of Special Services will be responsible for implementation of the IEP and for assuring that relevant school personnel are informed of its content.  The case manager will be responsible for the implementation of the IEP and for assuring that relevant school personnel are informed of its content. The case manager and teacher will conduct an annual review of this student’s educational program and classification.  The learning consultant will be available for consultation with teachers regarding the specific goals and objectives, educational techniques and materials in order to fulfill the IEP.  The school psychologist will be available to confer with this student, IEP team, parents, administrators and counselors regarding the emotional and social status.

 

The school social worker will be available to confer with the students’ parents for contact with home and community agencies.  Transitional services will be available to discuss post-graduation plans and provide information relevant to appropriate agencies.  The guidance counselor will participate in scheduling, course input, counseling, and post-high school assistance.  The team, parents, and administrators will be responsible for implementing the educational program outlined in this student’s annual goals and objectives stated in the IEP.
