Our Peer Leaders jumped right into today’s training with LMTI, a teamwork challenge—working together to use a rope to create different shapes. It may have looked like a simple game, but it required communication, patience, listening, problem-solving, and teamwork to be successful!

This was just one small piece of a great day of learning, growing, and thinking about what it truly means to be a leader. Our students were engaged, enthusiastic, and willing to step outside of their comfort zones.

This was only the tip of the iceberg of everything our Peer Leaders experienced today! We can’t wait to see how they take what they learned and put it into action throughout the year.
